Financial well-being

for all

OUR MISSION.

Empowering people with engaging tools on finance

It all started with a simple yet powerful realisation:

financial education alone is not enough to change lives.

For over 12 years, Chloé Jacquin worked across Africa and the Middle East, collaborating with ministries, central banks, and local organizations. She saw firsthand how traditional financial education programs, while useful, often failed to address people’s financial behaviors and habits. The focus was too much on knowledge and not enough on real-life financial decision-making.

Inspired by behavioural science and nudges, she envisioned a more engaging and human-centered approach: hybrid coaching, combining personalised support with digital tools, tailored to local realities. That’s how Fiinafas was born in 2019. After a testing phase, the social and solidarity enterprise was officially launched in 2024.

Today, Fiinafas is a dedicated team working in France, South Africa, and beyond, partnering with experts and organisations to support women, youth, and vulnerable communities on their journey to financial autonomy.
