Women in colorful wraps gathered at a market, humanitarian setting in a fragile area
Humanitarian NGOs

In fragile settings, training falls apart.

Trainers rotate, budgets are tight, and know-how walks out the door. IncomeLab makes your programs hold, even under field constraints. Up and running in 8 weeks.

30 to 0 of your training budget lost to reformatting, cycle after cycle.

Without continuous follow-up, the digital investment stalls
  • Risk of wasting the investment in VSLA digitalization for lack of continuous follow-up from service providers.
  • Critical difficulties providing technical support and after-sales service to field agents.
Every team rotation resets the program to zero
  • Tools are not standardized.
  • The next cohort starts again from scattered content.
  • It isn't a skills problem, it's a structural one.
In fragile settings, every effort must serve twice
  • Reformatting the same content at every rollout means paying twice.
  • What should have been reusable from the start simply isn't.
The window to demonstrate impact is short
  • Without usable behavioral metrics, you defend a program with attendance figures.
  • That is not what your funders are funding.

Results since 2023

Bibliothèques Sans Frontières · Chad 100 beneficiaries

Two digital vocational training programs created

Fiinafas designed 2 digital vocational training programs (bakery-pastry and solar panel installation) for young refugees and returnees in the Allacha, Metché and Arkoum camps in eastern Chad. The modules, available in French and Modern Standard Arabic on BSF's Ideas Cube, reached 100 beneficiaries.

Solidarités Internationale · Cameroon 480 beneficiaries

VSLA digitalization in Northern Cameroon

Fiinafas supported Solidarités Internationale in digitalizing 24 village savings and loan associations (VSLAs) in the Maroua region of Northern Cameroon, an area heavily affected by conflict. The result: 140 beneficiaries (women and young people) trained in digital financial self-management, as part of the ÉMERGENCE project funded by AFD.

Your next field rollout is being decided now

The gap between deciding and deploying is short. If you have a livelihoods program running or coming up, now is the moment to scope it together.

Questions.

Yes. IncomeLab Start is designed for low-connectivity environments. The tools are built for field trainers, not for fully equipped training rooms.

The editorial deliverable is operational in 8 weeks. The first behavioral metrics via Fiinafas Coach are available at 6 weeks.

Yes. We adapt to your existing rollout cycle. Most of our field partners integrated IncomeLab mid-program, without interrupting active cohorts.
