Group of smiling young adults, development NGO program
Development NGOs

Your programs train people.
But does any of it stick?.

Trainers rotate, budgets rebuild what already existed, and funders want indicators that hold up. Beneficiaries drop out because of deep personal financial fragility.

0 beneficiaries supported. 24 projects. 5 countries. And funders still want more proof.

Training never compounds. Every cohort starts from scratch:
  • Trainers change, materials scatter.
  • What worked the first time is never formalized.
  • You rebuild instead of building on what exists.
Training budgets no longer justify themselves. Funders no longer fund on trust:
  • They fund on indicators.
  • Without behavioral metrics, you defend an ROI you cannot prove.
  • Q3-Q4 calls for proposals are unforgiving about it.
Shrinking aid changes the rules. The context is tightening:
  • Funders require measurable indicators, aligned with the SDGs.
  • FWBI, behavioral metrics: this vocabulary has become the condition for accessing funding.
Beneficiaries disappear and struggle once the training ends. Follow-up stops:
  • Personal financial fragility takes over again.
  • What your beneficiaries live through outside stays invisible.
  • That is exactly where impact collapses.

Your next proposal is won on numbers, not intentions

Funders open their cycles in Q3-Q4. If your training isn’t reusable yet and your metrics don’t hold up yet, now is the moment to structure it together.

The window is tight. We start from your funding cycle, not from a catalog.

Questions.

Yes. We integrate IncomeLab into an existing program without interrupting active cohorts. Capitalization starts with the very first restructured module.

The Fiinafas Well-Being Index produces defensible SDG-aligned indicators (SDGs 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10). It fits into your existing reporting formats. The FWBI is aligned with OECD/INFE studies and international benchmarks.
