Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern the services provided by Fiinafas to its professional clients.

Purpose

These Terms define the conditions for ordering, delivering and paying for services (instructional design, measurement solutions, support programs).

Services

The details, scope and deliverables of each service are set out in a dedicated commercial proposal or quotation.

Prices & payment terms

• Prices are stated in euros, excluding tax.
• Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
• Late payment penalties and a fixed recovery indemnity apply in accordance with the regulations in force.

Orders

An order becomes firm upon receipt of the signed quotation or the client’s written confirmation.

Delivery & timelines

Timelines are specified in the quotation. They run from receipt of the necessary materials provided by the client.

Confidentiality

Each party undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information exchanged in the course of the service.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bordeaux.
